Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall HR strategy to support organizational growth and a positive work culture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal and organizational standards
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate training and development programs for skill enhancement and compliance
  • Monitor and evaluate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback systems
  • Ensure HR records, payroll, and leave management are accurate and up to date
  • Stay current with labor laws, HR trends, and best practices
  • Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in HR software and systems (HRMS, payroll tools, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing remote or international teams
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
